🔁 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

✅ To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unridden, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

❌ Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, modified, or shows signs of wear.
  • The return is initiated after the 14-day window.
  • The item is marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If your return is rejected (e.g., due to signs of use), we may ship it back to you at your expense.

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll exchange it or send replacement parts at no additional cost.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • ThrillDirtBike.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

⚠️ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped. After that, orders must be processed through our return policy.

🛠️ Warranty Claims

Many of our bikes and components come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience a mechanical or electrical issue, contact us at [info@thrilldirtbike.com] to begin a warranty claim.

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address.

❗Important Notes

  • Refund and return policies may vary for pre-orders, custom builds, or limited edition items.
  • Returns outside the policy window or with significant wear may be subject to restocking fees (up to 20%) or denied entirely.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes on returns or exchanges.
