Booking & Reservations

Q: How do I book a tour or rent a bike?
A: Booking your adventure is easy! Simply use our online booking system on our Tours or Rentals page. Select your date, choose your adventure, and complete the secure checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand plans change. For a full refund or reschedule, please cancel more than 7 days before your tour. Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days will receive a 50% refund or reschedule credit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or “no-shows,” are non-refundable. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for details.

Q: Do I need to leave a deposit?
A: Yes. A security deposit is required for all bike rentals. This is a pre-authorization on your credit card and is fully refundable upon the safe return of the equipment without damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Preparation & Requirements

Q: What should I wear?
A: Your safety is our priority! Riders must wear:

  • A DOT-approved helmet (provided).
  • Eye protection (goggles or glasses).
  • Long sleeves (riding jersey or jacket).
  • Long pants (durable riding pants or jeans).
  • Over-the-ankle boots (sturdy hiking boots or motocross boots).
  • Gloves (highly recommended).

Q: What skill level do I need?
A: We offer adventures for all levels!

  • Beginner: No experience needed! Our introductory tours are perfect for first-timers.
  • Intermediate: For those with some off-road experience. You should be comfortable with basic bike control.
  • Advanced: For experienced riders. These tours tackle challenging terrain at a faster pace.
Please choose the tour that matches your skill level for your safety and enjoyment.

Q: Are there age or license requirements?
A: Riders must be at least 16 years old to operate their own bike. Riders under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a waiver. A valid driver’s license is required to operate any vehicle.

Q: Do I need to sign a waiver?
A: Yes. All participants are required to read and sign a digital waiver during the online booking process. A parent or legal guardian must sign for any minor. The waiver acknowledges the inherent risks of off-road riding and is a mandatory condition of participation.

The Day of Your Adventure

Q: Where are you located and when should I arrive?
A: Our base is located at [Your Physical Address]. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This allows for check-in, gear fitting, and the essential safety briefing.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
A: We ride in most conditions, but your safety is our top concern. Tours may be postponed or canceled by Thrill Dirty Bike due to severe or unsafe weather (e.g., lightning, torrential rain, extreme conditions). If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Q: What is provided on the tour?
A: We provide the adventure! This includes:

  • A well-maintained dirt bike.
  • A DOT-approved helmet.
  • A knowledgeable, professional guide.
  • A pre-ride safety and operation briefing.
  • Fuel for the tour.
  • Incredible memories!

Safety & Policies

Q: How safe is it?

  • Rides tailored to your skill level.
By following our guides’ instructions, you significantly increase your safety and enjoyment.

Q: What if I damage the bike?
